CALLING ALL DISTRICT 11 RESIDENTS: Please fill out this Sf Planning Department survey to provide information on the housing needs and challenges of San Francisco residents. The survey is part of a larger study designed to generate a deeper understanding of the city’s housing to inform the department’s strategy to preserve affordability and curb displacement.
So far, the responses they’ve received are not a representative sample of the populations in San Francisco, especially the Latino, Black, and Asian populations.

The survey is available in English, Spanish, Chinese, and Tagalog. It should take between 7 and 10 minutes to complete.
The survey closes on February 18.
